Please note that while we stand by our quality, shipping costs are non-refundable and certain vintage or custom items are final sale.

Pack Your Items

Carefully wrap your ceramics or glassware in the original bubble wrap and sturdy boxing to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without any chips or cracks.

Ship It Back

Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; remember to keep a copy of your tracking number.

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
